Crawfish Dip

- 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 1 lg onion, chopped very fine shopping list
- 1 lg bell pepper, chopped fine shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, minced shopping list
- 2 ribs celery, chopped fine shopping list
- 1 lb crawfish, coursly ground/chopped shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 cup cooking oil shopping list
- chopped green onion for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In heavy pot ,preheat oil , add flour.
- Cook until slightly golden and looks like a wet paste.
- Add vegetables and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add crawfish and cook 2 to 3minutes.
- Stir in Cream of Mushroom & Water.
- Season to taste, cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
- Add onion tops.
- Serves 20.. Freezes well to reheat and serve.
