How to make it

  • In heavy pot ,preheat oil , add flour.
  • Cook until slightly golden and looks like a wet paste.
  • Add vegetables and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add crawfish and cook 2 to 3minutes.
  • Stir in Cream of Mushroom & Water.
  • Season to taste, cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes
  • Add onion tops.
  • Serves 20.. Freezes well to reheat and serve.

    Not from Louisiana, but I love crawfish (they actually call it crayfish up here in Jersey!) That's ok, us Texans know what it is..lol...Great post, sounds delish, thank you!
