Great recipe!

OMG!!! This is to die for!!! I made it exactly as written except I subbed shrimp for the chicken and I omitted the potatoes. I served this at a dinner party and my guests LOVED it! I served it over rice and garnished it with fresh parsley for color. I added my photo of the finished dish!

I love curry. Yours look and sounds like the ones i make. You ever use pur seasomi oil instead of sun or con oil? I also get my curry at the local India Store. There fabulace. Thanks for shareing. Have a great day.
