How to make it

  • In large bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla and eggs. Blend flour, cream of tartar baking soda and salt into creamed mixture. Combine 2 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into 1inch balls; roll balls in sugar cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. (Chocolate cookies should be baked at 400 degrees for 6-9 minutes.)

    This looks easy enough. My husband has been wanting snickerdoodles:) I think we will try to make these today:) I'll let you know how they turn out.
