Pine Nut Butter Recipe

Ingredients

1 c butter

1/2 c roasted pine nuts

5 drops Tabasco

2 Tbsp pureed garlic

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

2 Tbsp parsely, chopped coarsely

Directions

In a food processor (or even better, a coffee grinder), completely grind the pine nuts.

In a mixer, combine all ingredients.

This sounds lovely, but a warning. Don't serve pine nuts to people you don't know, because the very few people who are allergic to them can die from the reaction. I never knew that until it almost got my brother in law.
