How to make it

  • Grease and flour a 12 Cup Bundt pan.
  • Dissolve instant coffee in whiskey.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl,beat on low until moist,then beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
  • Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake in 325 degrees oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until top of cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
  • Cool cake upright in pan for about 15 minutes,then remove from pan and cool completely.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream
  • Best when served the next day after being wrapped ,to enhances the flavors.
