Coffee Cake Grandmas Style

- 2-1/4 Cups flour shopping list
- 2 Cups sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon Soda shopping list
- 1 Cup butter,softened shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 1 Cup sour cream shopping list
- 3 Farm Fresh eggs shopping list
- 1/4 Cup Good Old Irish whiskey shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons instant coffee shopping list
- powdered sugar and whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Grease and flour a 12 Cup Bundt pan.
- Dissolve instant coffee in whiskey.
- Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl,beat on low until moist,then beat for 3 minutes at medium speed.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake in 325 degrees oven for 60 to 70 minutes or until top of cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
- Cool cake upright in pan for about 15 minutes,then remove from pan and cool completely.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream
- Best when served the next day after being wrapped ,to enhances the flavors.
