Ingredients
  • APPLE CRANBERRY WALDORF SALAD
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped red apple
  • 1 cup chopped green or yellow apple
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (or sweetener)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • Frosted cranberries (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)
  • Combine first 11 ingredients; toss to coat. Cover and chill 2 hours. Stir just before serving. Garnish with frosted cranberries and mint leaves, serve on lettuce if desired.
