Easy and quick to make. Tasty and great for filling that gap waiting for the main coarse.

Ingredients
- 6 English Muffins, split in half.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3 small cans chopped black olives
Directions
- Mix together ingredients.
- Spread on muffin halves.
- Place muffins on cookie sheet or baking pan.
- Cook in preheated oven at 375*F. for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven; cut each muffin in fourths and serve.
