Easy and quick to make. Tasty and great for filling that gap waiting for the main coarse.

Ingredients
  • 6 English Muffins, split in half.
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 small cans chopped black olives

Directions
  1. Mix together ingredients.
  2. Spread on muffin halves.
  3. Place muffins on cookie sheet or baking pan.
  4. Cook in preheated oven at 375*F. for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven; cut each muffin in fourths and serve.
