Cowboy Coffee Cake

Wonderful for brunch or breakfast. Fast and easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour shopping list
- 3/4 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 2/3 c. margarine shopping list
- 2 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp.cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg shopping list
- 1 c. buttermilk shopping list
- 2 beaten eggs shopping list
How to make it
- Cream flour, brown sugar, salt and margarine
- Remove 1/2 cup of this crumb mixture for topping
- Add remaining ingredients and mix
- Bake in 9 X 13 cake pan for 30 minutes at 375 degrees
- Remove from oven and sprinkle on the reserved crumb topping
