Ingredients
  • 2 pounds chestnuts
  • water
  • 2 tbsp sea salt

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Wash the chestnuts.
  3. Make a small cut on the side of each chestnut.
  4. Put the chestnuts on a tray, sprinkle with water and sea salt.
  5. Roast for about 45 minutes.

We love roasted chestnuts!! Every Thanksgiving and Christmas we roast them in the oven...not as much fun as your description!!
