Ingredients
  • 2 cans (6 oz.) Salmon, drained & flaked
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 3 Tbl. sour cream
  • 1/4 cup French fried onions, crushed
  • 1 tsp. brown mustard

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients
  3. Spray a 6 tin muffin pan with non-stick spray
  4. Divide mix into muffin tins
  5. Bake 20 minutes

Alterations


You can also make this dish with Tuna or change the cheese flavor by using cheddar instead of swiss. You might want to try sauted onions and bell peppers or add some chopped celery.
