A very easy great tasting appetizer . pineapple cheese mini balls.......... courtesy happy holidays .......

Ingredients
  • 24- ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1- cup chopped pecans
  • 1- cup crushed pineapple , drained
  • 5- finely chopped green onion
  • salt to the taste
  • 1- cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 - green bell pepper finely chopped

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl mix well
  2. chill for 1 hour
  3. shape into walnut size mini balls...........
  4. serve with wheat thins or crackers of your choice
  5. yields 140 mini appetizers
