  • 1/2 cup tamarind pulp
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
  • 2 cups of water( more or less)
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh ground ginger
  • a dash of cinnamon (optional)
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar (depends of you)
  • ice cubes

  2. Mix all ingredients in juice mixer/blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Did I tell you I am a big juice fan Annie.
I make some kind of fresh juice smoothy every morning for my breakfast. So this Tamarind Pineapple And Ginger Juice is very welcome in my home. I looked in the frig and I have everything how exciting is that.
