I adapted a walnut and trout recipe so I could have one of my favorite restaurant dishes at home. = ) This is very simple and easy to make.

Just purchased some tilapia and I wanted something "different" to do with it. Guess, what? This is the one I'm going to try. Love cashews...a jar sitting right beside me as I type! Sounds good

I used to love tilapia until I found it's worse than donuts, hamburgers, or bacon. If you're interested in learning more read http://www.newrinkles.com/index.php/archive/tilapia-something-fishy/

Tilapia is lower in omega 3s and higher in omega 6s so it could be considered less 'desirable' than other fish BUT it's still fish and a lean source of protien.
...hamburgers, donuts and bacon are bad???? ; )
