How to make it

  • Cream butter, shortening and cream cheese then add sugar and cream 5 minutes.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time then add 1/3 of the flour and baking powder.
  • Fold with mixer gently then add additional third and fold then add remaining third and fold once more.
  • Do not over mix then bake in greased and floured tube pan for 90 minutes.
  • Do not open oven when baking.
  • Cool 30 minutes then remove from pan.
