Key Lime Pie Martini Recipe

	Meals4abby / All my dishes 1 year, 1 month ago I had this drink while visiting Door County, WI with a friend. It was so darn good I had 4!! It's not technically a martini since there is no vodka or gin, but it's great just the same! Prep:2m Cook:2m Servings:1	Meals4abby

Ingredients

2-3/4 shots of Vanilla Doctor

1/3 shot of lime juice

one individual sized restaurant coffee creamer or equiv.

1/4 shot of 7-up

Crushed graham cracker crumbs

Lime wedges

Directions

In a shaker filled with ice, add the vanilla doctor, lime juice and creamer. Shake a few times then add the 7-Up and shake again.

Wet the rim of a martini glass and dip in crushed graham cracker crumbs.

Strain the drink into the martini glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
