Ingredients
  • 1 cup of your fave beer
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 32 Jalapenos Peppers
  • 16 Ounce Cream Cheese semi softened
  • 16 Ounce Shreded Jack Cheese
  • Oil for frying

Directions
  1. Wisk together the flour and Beer
  2. Combined cream cheese and jack cheese in a seperate bowl.
  3. Make a slit big enough to get the seeds out,
  4. Stuff each pepper with cheese mixture and place on cookie sheet
  5. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  6. Heat oil to 375
  7. Dip each pepper into the batter and place in hot oil.
  8. Cook till golden brown and serve with cold sour cream
