Ingredients

How to make it

  • Wisk together the flour and Beer
  • Combined cream cheese and jack cheese in a seperate bowl.
  • Make a slit big enough to get the seeds out,
  • Stuff each pepper with cheese mixture and place on cookie sheet
  • Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
  • Heat oil to 375
  • Dip each pepper into the batter and place in hot oil.
  • Cook till golden brown and serve with cold sour cream

    Do you just leave the beer-flour mixture sitting out for the 2 hours the stuffed peppers are in the freezer, or do you refrigerate it?
