Jalapenos Poppers

- 1 cup of your fave beer shopping list
- 1 cup of flour shopping list
- 32 jalapenos peppers shopping list
- 16 Ounce cream cheese semi softened shopping list
- 16 Ounce Shreded Jack cheese shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Wisk together the flour and Beer
- Combined cream cheese and jack cheese in a seperate bowl.
- Make a slit big enough to get the seeds out,
- Stuff each pepper with cheese mixture and place on cookie sheet
- Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours
- Heat oil to 375
- Dip each pepper into the batter and place in hot oil.
- Cook till golden brown and serve with cold sour cream
