I have to get my eyes checked or something. Maybe I am just losing my mind. I'm sorry but I had already posted this dessert. I swear I checked to see if I had but I did not see it before. Oh well, it is good enough to fix twice. LOL

Ingredients
  • 1 baked pie crust
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 4 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 2-1/2 C. milk
  • 1-6 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 C. Real Lemon lemon juice

Directions
  1. Dip bananas in lemon juice to keep from turning brown.
  2. Place sliced bananas in crust.
  3. Beat together cream cheese and 1 cup milk.
  4. Add remaining milk and pudding; beat until well blended.
  5. Pour over bananas and chill.
