Mango- Margarita - A- La -mode

This great mango margarita is fine by itself but when you add a scoop of raspberry or strawbery sorbet to it wow it really gives it a different flavor and approach.yummy....... a must try........
Ingredients
- 2- ounces tequila shopping list
- 1- ounce Grand Marnier liqueur shopping list
- 1- ounce fresh lime juice shopping list
- 2- 3 tablespoons pureed ripe mango shopping list
- 1/2 ounce mango nectar shopping list
- 1 small ball of raspberry or strawberry sorbet shopping list
How to make it
- In a cocktail shaker half filled with ice cubes
- combine tequila, grand marnier, lime juice and mango puree, shake very well then strain into a stemmed cocktail glass
- add the mango nectar and float the ball of sorbet in the margarita and serve immed ...........
- serves 1 .........
