peanut butter and hot fudge pudding cake

Brownie pudding cake with peanut butter
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpous flour shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/3 cup milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tbs cooking oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup peanut butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 3 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- vanilla icecream shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl mix together flour and 1/4 cup sugar
- add baking powder
- add milk oil and vanilla
- stir until smooth
- stir in peanutbutter
- transfre to a ungreased 11/2 quart casserole dish
- In same bowl stir together 1/2 cup sugar and cocoa powder
- gradually stir in boiling water
- pour mixture evenly over batter in casserole
- Bake 400 for about 30 min
- serve warm.
- Serve with vanilla icecream
- If desired top with fudge sauce and nuts,
