Chiles Rellenos Torte

- 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 1/2 pound monterey jack cheese, grated shopping list
- 5 large eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 2/3 cups Half and Half shopping list
- 4 ounce can chilis, drained and diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup picante sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix grated cheddar and jack cheeses together.
- Spread cheeses in buttered 10" pie plate.
- Beat together the eggs, flour and Half and Half until smooth.
- Pour egg mixture over the cheeses in the pan.
- Spoon chilis on top of egg.
- Spoon on picante sauce.
- Bake for 45 minutes OR until set.
