Eggnog Pound Cake

- 1 package yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 package vanilla instant pudding mix shopping list
- 3/4 cup eggnog shopping list
- 3/4 cup oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, egg nog and oil; beat on low speed until moistened.
- Add eggs and nutmeg; beat on medium-high speed 4 minutes.
- Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted or tube pan.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan.
- Cool completely.
- Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
