Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

This dressing needs to have time to allow the flavors to blend so it is best made at least one day ahead. I sometimes add bacon bits for even more kick! This is also good on burgers.
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound bleu OR roquerfort cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vinegar OR lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon onion OR chives (optional) shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- bacon bits, if desired shopping list
How to make it
- Combine crumbled cheese with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
- Allow to sit overnight to meld the flavors.
