Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing Recipe Lacrenshaw / All my dishes

This dressing needs to have time to allow the flavors to blend so it is best made at least one day ahead. I sometimes add bacon bits for even more kick! This is also good on burgers.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 pound bleu OR roquerfort cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar OR lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon onion OR chives (optional)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • bacon bits, if desired

Directions
  1. Combine crumbled cheese with the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Allow to sit overnight to meld the flavors.
