How to make it

  • Tear or crumble some angel food cake and fold it into 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • Spread this in the bottom of a dish
  • Blend cream cheese, vanilla extract and sugar with a hand mixer
  • Fold the cream cheese mix into 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • Then spread it on top of the first layer in the bowl
  • Cut up strawberries
  • Mix strawberry glaze and strawberries
  • Spread the mix on top of the other two layers
  • Refrigerate
  • *Better if refrigerated overnight*

    Sounds great but I think I'd substitute real whipped cream as I don't like Cool Whip. Thanx for the idea though!

    That sounds like the perfect summer dessert - our strawberries are so sweet right now, I will have to try this while they are in season. Sounds delicious and refreshing!
