Bunch of Grapes Appetizer

- 1/2 C each shelled pecans, walnuts and pistachios shopping list
- 6 oz of cream cheese at room temperature shopping list
- 4 oz blue cheese shopping list
- 12 oz seedless grapes, stemmed, rinsed and dried shopping list
- Garnish: grape leaves, rinsed and dried (or buy from craft store shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350
- Bake separately on a baking sheet for about 8 to 10 minutes sitrring once or twice until lightly toasted, let cool
- Place nuts, each kind separately in a processor and pulse until coarsley chopped, do not over process
- Place in separate bowls
- Remove and wipe blade and processor bowl clean
- Add cheeses; process until blended and smooth; scrape into a medium bowl
- Line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper
- Gently fold the grapes into the cheese mixture
- Remove one coated grape at a time with a spoon, then push grape gently into one of the bowls of nuts
- Shake bowl to turn grape until coated
- Place on lined sheet
- To serve: arrange grapes on a leaf-lined plate to resemble a bunch of grapes
- Makes approximately 60 grapes - allow two to three a person
