How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350
  • Bake separately on a baking sheet for about 8 to 10 minutes sitrring once or twice until lightly toasted, let cool
  • Place nuts, each kind separately in a processor and pulse until coarsley chopped, do not over process
  • Place in separate bowls
  • Remove and wipe blade and processor bowl clean
  • Add cheeses; process until blended and smooth; scrape into a medium bowl
  • Line a rimmed baking sheet with wax paper
  • Gently fold the grapes into the cheese mixture
  • Remove one coated grape at a time with a spoon, then push grape gently into one of the bowls of nuts
  • Shake bowl to turn grape until coated
  • Place on lined sheet
  • To serve: arrange grapes on a leaf-lined plate to resemble a bunch of grapes
  • Makes approximately 60 grapes - allow two to three a person
