Cinnamon Carrot Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed carrots shopping list
- 1 {12 can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs beaten shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 Tsp. ginger shopping list
- 2 Tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1 (10 inch unbaked pie crust shopping list
- Preheat oven 400} shopping list
How to make it
- Combined carrots milk sugar eggs salt ginger and cinnamon
- Beat for 2 minutes
- Pour into unbkaked pie shell
- bake 15 minutes lower heat to 350 degrees bake 45 minutes longer or untill filling is set.
