  • Method :
  • 1) Blend fish fillet into paste-like.
  • 2) Mix well all ingredients with the fish paste.
  • 3) Cut the banana leafs into 6 in. long strips, then form circles & staple the bottom.
  • 4) Fill fish mixture into the banana leafs circles.
  • 5) Spray some cooking spray onto a baking sheet, place 4) onto the baking sheet.
  • 6) Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes OR until done.

    Galangal is actually a close relative of the ginger. Though you can only get it in Asian markets.
    Fish Granules probably refer to fish flavoured seasoning.
    Belancan is shrimp paste. You only get them in Singaporean, Malaysian and Indonesian markets. With some luck you might find them in Chinatown!
