Galangal is actually a close relative of the ginger. Though you can only get it in Asian markets.
Fish Granules probably refer to fish flavoured seasoning.
Belancan is shrimp paste. You only get them in Singaporean, Malaysian and Indonesian markets. With some luck you might find them in Chinatown!
