Now this is what my relatives from the Midwest would call Hot Dish. I remember after my Grandma passed away, we were at their house after the funeral (they live in North Dakota) and family and friends kept telling Grandpa that they'd bring a hot dish for him. I took that to mean a casserole of some sort. Nope, at least 5 or 6 people brought Grandpa a big dish of this. We had a good laugh over it - I think after we got it all divided up and frozen, he had about 30 pounds of it. Good thing he likes it. Thanks for sharing a great recipe and reminding me of a happy memory during an unhappy time. - Natalie

Great story, Fizz! :-)
Frodo, yep! This is the oldie way of doing it before Betty got her hands on the recipe, hahaha! I love this stuff, and I add cheese to mine.

Like they always say...KISS.
This is the basics of keeping it simple. How easy...add a salad...you have got it all!
Thanks for the reminder!
