Shrimp Spread

- 1 lb cooked peeled shrimp shopping list
- 1 cup low fat cottage cheese shopping list
- 2 oz neufchatel cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt shopping list
- 1 clove garlic crushed shopping list
- 1 tsp dried tarragon shopping list
- dash worcestershire sauce OR salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mince the shrimp.
- Put the cottage an neufchatel in a blender of food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into mixing bowl
- Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Chill and serve.
