Shrimp Spread Recipe
This is one of my mom's finds. It says it makes 4 cups with 1/4 cup for each serving. Goes good with those woven wheat crackers or to use in tea sandwiches.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb cooked peeled shrimp
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2 oz Neufchatel cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • dash worcestershire sauce OR salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions
  1. Mince the shrimp.
  2. Put the cottage an neufchatel in a blender of food processor and blend until smooth. Pour into mixing bowl
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Chill and serve.
  4. ~@~
  5. Per-serving: 1g fat, 53 clories, 59mg cholestrol, no dietary fiber, 159 mg sodium.
