I make a double recipe so I can freeze one if it's still not eaten for later date.
Got this from internet and use it now all the time.
For a bread machine, but you talented breadmakers can adapt.

I have a friend who is going to give me sourdough starter he bought in Alaska from a bakery. He has to bake two loafs, eats the first one from oven and then saves the second for later. Yummy hot sour dough, I like it.
