Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • In medium bowl mix together butter, white sugar and flour until crumbly.
  • Press into square baking pan then bake 20 minutes.
  • In 2 quart saucepan combine 1/2 cup butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and condensed milk.
  • Bring to a boil then continue to boil 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and beat vigorously with wooden spoon for 3 minutes.
  • Pour over baked crust the cool until it begins to firm.
  • Melt chocolate and pour over caramel layer covering the layer completely.
  • Chill and cut into squares.
