Maple Sage Roasted Pork Tenderloin

- 1Tbs. maple syrup shopping list
- 1tsp chopped,fresh sage shopping list
- 1/2tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4tsp fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 1(1lb)pork tenderloin,trimmed shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag;seal,turn to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator 30 mins.
- Preheat oven to 400. Remove pork from bag. Place pork on a foil-lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 for 25 mins or until a thermometer registers 155.cover loosely with foil. Let stand 10 mins. before slicing.

This sounds delicious and super easy. Do you recommend a certain grade of maple syrup? Pork is probably one of the few things left I haven't paired it with yet, so I'm just curious and figured I'd ask someone with experience ;)
