Quick, and delicious. Just my style. Thanks.

Sage is a must for pork, as far as I'm concerned, but I've never heard of maple with pork before. I'm very interested in trying this recipe, clare. Easy 5.

HI, I have out of town company coming for Thanksgiving. When we are tired of turkey, this pork loin recipe will be perfect. I have a huge pork loin I've been wondering what to do with. A big 5 from me. Thanks for posting this tasty dish. Happy cooking'

This sounds delicious and super easy. Do you recommend a certain grade of maple syrup? Pork is probably one of the few things left I haven't paired it with yet, so I'm just curious and figured I'd ask someone with experience ;)
