Cream Cheese Filling For Muffins Recipe

Ingredients

12 ounces cream cheese

1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar

1 Egg

Directions

Combine cream cheese and sugar until blended, add egg and mix until smooth.

Pipe or spoon filling into center of muffin batter before baking muffins.

Bake muffins as usual.
