Great comfort food for a cold night when you want something good but easy. This one has been in my family as long as I can remember. Always a great go to meal on a busy cold night. We like to serve this over toast and eat it with a dinner salad. ... More

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup hot chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients into casserole dish and toss to mix well.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
