One of my family's favorite mussel dish. Using Negi (Onion) Miso-Mayonnaise, grilled like a gratin. Very much suit for Japanese Sake(Rice wine) or White wine.

Ingredients
  • 10 pieces Mussel half shell off
  • **Using left over cooked mussel
  • A) 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • A) 3 tablespoon Miso (any kind)
  • A) 3 tablespoon Spring onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 table spoon Breadcrumb for toppings

Directions
  1. Set oven at 200 degree C
  2. +++++++++++++++
  3. All A) ingredients mix well
  4. put Miso-Mayonnaise on the mussel
  5. and put breadcrumb
  6. +++++++++++++++
  7. Place them into oven for 10-15min
  8. Serve hot!
