Petit Mussel Gratin

One of my family's favorite mussel dish. Using Negi (Onion) Miso-Mayonnaise, grilled like a gratin. Very much suit for Japanese Sake(Rice wine) or White wine.
Ingredients
- 10 pieces mussel half shell off shopping list
- **Using left over cooked mussel shopping list
- A) 4 tablespoon mayonnaise shopping list
- A) 3 tablespoon miso (any kind) shopping list
- A) 3 tablespoon spring onion (finely chopped) shopping list
- 4 table spoon breadcrumb for toppings shopping list
How to make it
- Set oven at 200 degree C
- +++++++++++++++
- All A) ingredients mix well
- put Miso-Mayonnaise on the mussel
- and put breadcrumb
- +++++++++++++++
- Place them into oven for 10-15min
- Serve hot!
