How to make it
- In a heavy saucepan 3-4 quart size, bring sugar, sour cream and butter to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly
- continue boiling 7 minutes or unitl candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees stirring constantly.
- stir in remaining ingredients until well blended
- pour into a greased 9 inch square pan cool unitl set
- cut into squares and enjoy ....
- makes about 2 1/2 pounds of candy.............
- try it with macadamia nuts .............i made it like that it was truly heavenly .................
