Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a heavy saucepan 3-4 quart size, bring sugar, sour cream and butter to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly
  • continue boiling 7 minutes or unitl candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees stirring constantly.
  • stir in remaining ingredients until well blended
  • pour into a greased 9 inch square pan cool unitl set
  • cut into squares and enjoy ....
  • makes about 2 1/2 pounds of candy.............
  • try it with macadamia nuts .............i made it like that it was truly heavenly .................

    I loooOOooove white chocolate and white chocolate fudge is like one of my dream desserts. I love the apricot and walnut adds here. High 5 and thanks, GF.

    P.S. Ermmm, I volunteer to stand guard on that basket of fudge. I would hate for 'someone' who looOOOooves white chocolate to snatch it and run gleefully off with it all. Someone might just do that, you know. Just sayin... ;-)~~
