How to make it

  • Put pork, miso, sugar, egg and sake (or dry sherry) into bowl and mix well
  • When it got stickiness enough, add the potato flour and mix well again
  • ++++
  • Add shredded carrots and burdock and make it burger shape
  • (it is easy to shape if you put some oil on your hands)
  • Grill them and serve hot!
