Miso Pork Burger Chigusayaki

- 500g Minced pork shopping list
- 5 tablespoon miso (any kind) shopping list
- 3 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 2-3 tablespoon Japanese sake or dry sherry shopping list
- 1-2 teaspoon potato flour shopping list
- a handful shredded carrot and burdock (goboh) shopping list
- vegetable oil for grill shopping list
How to make it
- Put pork, miso, sugar, egg and sake (or dry sherry) into bowl and mix well
- When it got stickiness enough, add the potato flour and mix well again
- ++++
- Add shredded carrots and burdock and make it burger shape
- (it is easy to shape if you put some oil on your hands)
- Grill them and serve hot!
