Pork burger Miso taste, good side dish for Japanese sake (rice wine) or with rice for children's lunch box.

Ingredients
  • 500g Minced Pork
  • 5 tablespoon Miso (any kind)
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 tablespoon Japanese sake or Dry Sherry
  • 1-2 teaspoon potato flour
  • a handful shredded carrot and burdock (goboh)
  • vegetable oil for grill

Directions
  1. Put pork, miso, sugar, egg and sake (or dry sherry) into bowl and mix well
  2. When it got stickiness enough, add the potato flour and mix well again
  3. ++++
  4. Add shredded carrots and burdock and make it burger shape
  5. (it is easy to shape if you put some oil on your hands)
  6. Grill them and serve hot!
