Crunchy, semisweet and spicy snacking sticks that are halfway between cracker and cookie... great with a cup of coffee mid morning or as an after school snack.

Ingredients
  • 100g spelt flour
  • 30g brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp Thompson raisins, soaked in hot water and drained

Directions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400F, lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a firm dough, using your hands to knead if necessary.
  3. Form small, thin ropes, and place them in the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then turn off the oven and cool 20 minutes inside.
