- 1 Pound ground veal (or) beef shopping list
- 1 Pound ground pork shopping list
- 1 onion(1Cup),finely chopped shopping list
- 6 Tablespoons flour shopping list
- 3 Cups club soda(this makes for the extra lightness of the meatballs) shopping list
- 2 Farm Fresh eggs,well beaten shopping list
- 2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 fresh ground pepper shopping list
- 2/3 Cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the ground veal,pork,and onion in bowl.
- Stir in the flour and beat thoroughly.
- Beat in the club soda,2 Tablespoons at a time,beating constantly to aerarte the mixture.
- Beat in the eggs,salt and pepper.
- Beat the mixture until fluffly.
- Chill mixture and shape by 2 teaspoons each .
- Dust lightly with flour.
- Fry the meatballs in a large frying pan in the butter,until brown on all sides.
- Serve with Picked Beets if you wish.
