Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound beef steak, your choice
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut
  • 1/4 of a fresh pineapple, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, chunked
  • 1/4 cup sugar, optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Hot cooked rice

Directions
  1. Cut steak into small oblong-shaped pieces.
  2. Heat oil in wok or skillet.
  3. Add onion and steak to pan.
  4. Stir fry until steak is browned.
  5. Add broccoli and pineapple.
  6. Stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes.
  7. Add tomato, sugar, salt and pepper.
  8. Stir fry until tomato is heated through.
  9. Serve hot over hot rice.

Hey thanks for this post. My wife and I love oriental food and if it is Thai, so much the better! I wore out my wok last year....it finally developed a hole from wear and heat at the bottom from so much use over the years. Time to buy another and test your recipe! I'm adding Thai Dragon chili peppers though :)
