Slow Barbeque Chicken

Great in summer with salad and close friend
Ingredients
- chicken cut into Pieces shopping list
- 1 Large onion Chopped shopping list
- 15ml paprika shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves Crushed shopping list
- 1 Cup vinegar shopping list
- 1 Cup cooking oil shopping list
- 5ml English mustard Powder shopping list
- 60ml tomato sauce (ketchup) shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and cut chicken into pieces
- Place in marinade bowl with lid
- Mix all the other ingredients and throw over pieces in bowl
- Marinade 2 Days in fridge
- Braai (Barbeque) over mild coles turning regular until chicken cooked through
- Baste regularly with marinade in bowl
