Am printing this out rather than bookmarking, for next Xmas...don't want to lose it! I bought baskets at Michael's and also at the Dollar Tree this season and filled them with homemade pumpkin bread and cookies to give to friends and neighbors. I'd love to add these to my "repertoire". Thanks!

Hey Tina sweetiekins - how are you doing? What a wonderful recipe you have here. I loooove gingersnaps and bet these are just gorgeous dipped in melted chips/bark. I'm printing this out to try. I think they would go perfect with my Christmas cookie gift baskets. Thanks so much for sharing - I want one right now. *hugs*
