CREAMY PORK WITH SAUTEED MUSHROOMS

- 3 POUNDS DICED pork STRAM shopping list
- 1 CUP seasonED BREADCRUMBS shopping list
- 2 TBLESPN butter shopping list
- 3/4 POUND fresh mushrooms COARSLEY CHOPPED shopping list
- 1 X 10 OZ CAN condensed cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 1 CUP sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 CUP chicken stock shopping list
- 1 egg. ;IGHT;Y BEATEN shopping list
- 1 TBLSPN water shopping list
- 1/2 TEASPOON CRUSHED dried rosemary shopping list
- 1/4 TEASPOOON black pepper shopping list
- 1 [ONCH garlic powder OR 1 clove shopping list
- 3 TABLESPOON vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- PRE HEAT OVEN325 DEGREES F (165 DEGREES C)
- IN LARGE FRY PAN STIR TOGETHER, EGG, WATER, ROSEMARY, BLACK PEPPER AND GARLIC.
- HEAT VEGETABLE OIL IN SMALL SAUTE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT
- DIP PORK INTO EGG MIXTURE AND COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS,
- BROWN PORK FOR 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.
- REMOVE AND PLACE INTO CASSEROLE DISH
- IN SAUTE PAN, HEAT BUTTER OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIR IN MUSHROOMS, COOK TILL TENDER.
- ADD MUSHHROOMS AND BUTTER TO LARGE FRYING PAN THEN STIR IN SOUP, SOUR CREAM AND CHICKEN STOCK.
- WARM THROUGH THEN POUR OVER PORK AND COVER CASSEROLE DISH WITH LID.
- BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.
