How to make it

  • PRE HEAT OVEN325 DEGREES F (165 DEGREES C)
  • IN LARGE FRY PAN STIR TOGETHER, EGG, WATER, ROSEMARY, BLACK PEPPER AND GARLIC.
  • HEAT VEGETABLE OIL IN SMALL SAUTE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT
  • DIP PORK INTO EGG MIXTURE AND COAT WITH BREAD CRUMBS,
  • BROWN PORK FOR 5 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE.
  • REMOVE AND PLACE INTO CASSEROLE DISH
  • IN SAUTE PAN, HEAT BUTTER OVER MEDIUM HEAT, STIR IN MUSHROOMS, COOK TILL TENDER.
  • ADD MUSHHROOMS AND BUTTER TO LARGE FRYING PAN THEN STIR IN SOUP, SOUR CREAM AND CHICKEN STOCK.
  • WARM THROUGH THEN POUR OVER PORK AND COVER CASSEROLE DISH WITH LID.
  • BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 1 HOUR.
