Ingredients

1/2 pound bitter-sweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces

1 cup whipping cream

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions

Put the chocolate in a metal mixing bowl.

In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.

Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate and stir until until the chocolate has melted.

Add the butter and stir until smooth.
