Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  • In a large skillet over medium high heat, saute the cubed meat until well browned on all sides.
  • Place meat in a 10x15 inch baking dish.
  • Next, place the potatoes, onion, green bell pepper and mushrooms over the meat. Top with the salad dressing and cover with foil.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.

    I agree. Buffalo meat is awesome. Hard to find, but so good when you do find it. I'll be trying this recipe with buffalo if I can find it, otherwise I'll use the beef. Thanks for posting. Sounds decadent.

    I love buffalo, but usually the only place I can find it is at Teds Montana Grill that recently opened in our area. Sometimes I can find it at some area farmers markets in the summer. A buffalo filet I recently had at Ted's was so tender it practically melted in my mouth - excellent meat! I will look for some so I can try your recipe...
