How to make it
- CRUST: (do this while the chicken and bacon are cooking)
- For each pkg: stir mix vigorously with hot water, about 30 strokes, form into ball, brush with 1 t oil and let sit 5 minutes
- Grease an 11x17 jelly roll pan (or 2 pizza pans)
- Press dough into gerased pan, (easier if your hands are slightly greased), forming one large crust
- Prick with fork
- Bake 5 min on lowest rack in oven (I put mine on the 2nd from the bottom slot instead of very bottom and it worked great)
- Remove from oven, add sauce and toppings
- TOPPINGS
- Remove bacon from package all together, and with good knife, slice across all pieces about 12 times, makes about 1 - 1 1/2 inch pieces
- Fry in large non stick skillet
- While bacon is frying, chop chicken into bite size pieces and fry in another skillet that has been drizzled with olive oil
- Season chicken with seasoned salt, garlic pepper, 1 T chopped garlic, few shakes of parmesan, and italian seasoning
- Chop onion and red pepper into large dice
- Remove bacon from pan to paper towel lined plate
- To bacon drippings in large skillet, add onion, red pepper, spinach and mushrooms
- Season with seasoned salt, italian seasoning, garlic pepper, shake or two red pepper flakes, garlic pepper, and 2 T chopped garlic
- While veggies are cooking, chop tomato and add to plate with bacon to drain
- When spinach is cooked and veggies are just sfot, pour into paper towel lined colander
- Stir italian seasoning into pizza sauce and spread over crust
- Add chicken
- Add drained spinach mixture
- Add bacon and tomato
- Shake parmesan over all
- Add mozzerella
- Bake about 10 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted
