Ingredients
  • 2 pkges Martha White Thin n Crispy PIzza Crust Mix (EASY EASY AND GOOD! - more like hand tossed than thin n crispy)
  • 1/2 c hot water and 1 t crisco oil for each pkg crust
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 pkg bonless, skinless chicken tenders
  • Drizzle Olive Oil
  • 1 med white onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 6 oz frozen chopped spinach (What was left in the bag. If you buy 10 oz boxes, you could use all of the box)
  • 1 tub sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 med tomato
  • chopped garlic
  • italian seasoning
  • parmesan cheese
  • 2 c mozzerella cheese
  • 1 jar pizza sauce
  • seasoned salt
  • garlic pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Directions
  1. CRUST: (do this while the chicken and bacon are cooking)
  2. For each pkg: stir mix vigorously with hot water, about 30 strokes, form into ball, brush with 1 t oil and let sit 5 minutes
  3. Grease an 11x17 jelly roll pan (or 2 pizza pans)
  4. Press dough into gerased pan, (easier if your hands are slightly greased), forming one large crust
  5. Prick with fork
  6. Bake 5 min on lowest rack in oven (I put mine on the 2nd from the bottom slot instead of very bottom and it worked great)
  7. Remove from oven, add sauce and toppings
  8. TOPPINGS
  9. Remove bacon from package all together, and with good knife, slice across all pieces about 12 times, makes about 1 - 1 1/2 inch pieces
  10. Fry in large non stick skillet
  11. While bacon is frying, chop chicken into bite size pieces and fry in another skillet that has been drizzled with olive oil
  12. Season chicken with seasoned salt, garlic pepper, 1 T chopped garlic, few shakes of parmesan, and italian seasoning
  13. Chop onion and red pepper into large dice
  14. Remove bacon from pan to paper towel lined plate
  15. To bacon drippings in large skillet, add onion, red pepper, spinach and mushrooms
  16. Season with seasoned salt, italian seasoning, garlic pepper, shake or two red pepper flakes, garlic pepper, and 2 T chopped garlic
  17. While veggies are cooking, chop tomato and add to plate with bacon to drain
  18. When spinach is cooked and veggies are just sfot, pour into paper towel lined colander
  19. Stir italian seasoning into pizza sauce and spread over crust
  20. Add chicken
  21. Add drained spinach mixture
  22. Add bacon and tomato
  23. Shake parmesan over all
  24. Add mozzerella
  25. Bake about 10 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is melted
