  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl, then place in an airtight container (Tupperware makes some great little spice jar things that work GREAT for this). Keeps up to 3-4 months.

    Hello there,
    I like the addition of the celery salt in this. It isn't used that often and would give it a nice fresh flavor, I'm sure.

    Everyone needs a great meat rub like this one this sounds like it would be good with fish also.
    I could easily kick it up a bit with some cayenne pepper. Mmmmmmm!
