Four Cheese and Crab Quiche

- 1/2 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 pinch salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 pint heavy cream shopping list
- 1/2 cup cubed zucchini shopping list
- 1 cup shredded crab meat shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Combine water, oil, flour and salt then mix with fork and press into large quiche pan.
- Combine eggs, cream and seasonings then whisk for 1 minute.
- Put cheeses, vegetable and crab into prepared shell.
- Pour liquid over filling and bake at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 and bake 45 minutes.
