Pazham Pori-plantain Fritters

- Ripe plantain(nendra pazham)-1(sliced lenghthwise) shopping list
- oil for deep frying shopping list
- All-purpose flr 1C shopping list
- sugar 1/2C (Depends on the sweetness) shopping list
- rice flr 2tsp (for crispness) shopping list
- baking soda 1/2tsp shopping list
- Pinch of cardamom powder shopping list
- Pinch of turmeric powder shopping list
- Pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the ingredients from(flr to salt....
- By adding little water to form a thick batter...
- Heat the oil
- Dip the plantain pieces one by one into the batter&deep fry both sides till golden brown
- Drain the excess oil on a paper towel
- serve it hot with tea...
