- 1/3 CUP SOFTENED butter shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 TSP vanilla (OR almond FLAVOURING) shopping list
- 3 CUPS FRESH RASBERRIES OR shopping list
- 1 – 300g PKG INDIVIDUALLY FROZEN, NOT THAWED (NOT IN syrup) shopping list
- OR shopping list
- 5 PEELED AND THINLY SLICED pears shopping list
- TOPPING shopping list
- 2 TBSP flour shopping list
- 2 CUPS plain yogurt (NOT “SET-STYLE” WITH gelatin) shopping list
- 1 BEATEN egg shopping list
- 2/3 CUP sugar shopping list
- 2 TSP GRATED lemon rind shopping list
- 1 TSP vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- COMBINE BASE INGREDIENTS AND PRESS INTO A 10” SQUARE PAN
- SPRINKLE WITH RASPBERRIES
- SPRINKLE FLOUR OVER YOGURT
- ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS AND MIX TILL SMOOTH
- POUR OVER BERRIES
- BAKE FOR 70 MINUTES OR TILL GOLDEN
