How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Melt butter in large skillet.
  • Add chicken, onion and seasonings.
  • Cook five minutes.
  • Or till chicken is brown.
  • Combine 1/4 cup of broth with flour and set aside/
  • Put remaining broth in skillet and bring to boil.
  • Slowly add broth and flour mixture, stirring to prevent lumps.
  • Simmer for five minutes.
  • Add vegetables and simmer for two minutes.
  • Transfer to casserole dish (2qt) and add biscuits.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are brown.
